We were leaving Amboseli and returning to Nairobi, home to more human beings than animals, which meant we were going to finish our safari tour.

We were leaving Lake Naivasha and departed for Amboseli this day.

I really love Lake Nakuru!  Not only was the weather beautiful, but it also good for safari.  We stayed in Lake Nakuru this morning, and then went to Lake Naivasha in the afternoon.

  • 2017 9D6N Kenya Trip - Day 4: Masai Mara -> Lake Nakuru

We were leaving Masai Mara and headed for Lake Nakuru.
We thought we could view thousands of flamingoes, but there are not many flamingoes nowadays.  However, I still love Lake Nakuru because the weather was beautiful and we saw a leopard in this national park.  In my opinion, Lake Nakuru is my favorite national park so far.

We took Thai Airways TG 410 and had a transit in Bangkok for around 3 hours and then took Kenya Airways KQ 887 to Nairobi.  No sooner had we arrived in Nairobi than we moved to the Masai Mara Game Reserve to start our safari tour.
