I took the morning flight, so there was nothing special on this day.

The transport from Shinagawa to Haneda Airport:

Although it’s easy take Keikyu Airport Line (京急空港線) from Shinagawa (品川駅) to Haneda Airport International Terminal Station (羽田空港国際線ターミナル駅), I usually take a taxi to the airport.  That’s because I tend to buy a lot!

The distance from Shinagawa to Haneda Airport is about 12 KM, but the taxi fare is not cheap.  It’s about 5,000 Yen.

After finishing check-in, I went to the shopping area, called Edo Koji (江戸小路).

This is a great place to shop for Japanese desserts, snacks and souvenirs.

It’s time for boarding and I have begun to plan my next Japan trip ….
